Dr. Tiendung (TJ) Le is a leader with a strong growth mindset and is highly effective in developing others. He serves on the board of directors of the PMI Melbourne chapter since 2019 and is its current President. He leads as the chair of PMI Agile Special Interest Group for Asia Pacific since 2021; it has trained 3,000 professionals in new ways of working.
TJ is an award-winning educator who is a pioneer in using the Harvard case method in project management education. He teaches and conducts research in front end planning, procurement, and agile project management.
TJ has 20 years’ experience working in different capacities in industry and academia in Australia, Thailand, the US, and Vietnam. He holds a master’s degree from University of Technology, Sydney and a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin.
TJ lives with his family in Melbourne and loves gardening.

Mr. Prerak Shah is Executive Director and Jt CEO at Dev Information Technology Ltd. “Lead by example” is his philosophy as he motivates team in providing businesses with solutions that aptly aligns technology, process and people and in turn, helps businesses maximize their IT investments.
Before returning home in 2009, in his 14 years in US, one term of ‘vanvas’ as he jokingly calls, Prerak acquired his M.S. Degree in Computer Science, ITIL certification and became Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in 2007 and had successfully led many global projects to fruition. In his 25+ years of career, Prerak has assisted in implementation of many IT projects – ranging from Business Process Automation Applications, Building business’s web presence and portals as well as ERP Solutions, across many verticals, aptly leveraging latest technologies and current trends.
Prerak relies on good governance and adheres to project management principles and spearheads company’s PMO, processes and community-oriented activities. Also, as founding member and President of PMI’s Gujarat Chapter – Prerak assists in spreading knowledge and awareness about project management practices in Gujarat region via way of member engagement, academia relations and conducting knowledge forums, workshops and trainings.
Helping less privileged and making society a better place to live for all, is something that is close to his heart. He strongly believes that in interest of the cause, instead of carrying various such charters individually, it is better to unite and work towards empowering the ones that are already working on it. And in that line, he has always made it a point to find time to support Yuva Unstoppable in various roles and he has been also recognized by Yuva Unstoppable as “Youth Icon”.

Joshua Netto, DBA, PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PRINCE2® is an accomplished project management expert with a track record spanning over 24 years in overseeing significant projects and programs across a diverse range of industries. He presently holds the position of Director of Occupier & Retail, Asia at Turner and Townsend, a globally recognized professional services company.
Additionally, Joshua serves as the President of the PMI Malaysia Chapter, PMI's oldest chapter in Asia Pacific with about 1,700+ active members. His responsibilities in this role encompass steering the chapter’s vision, strategy, and impact, as well as fostering engagement with the members, volunteers, and stakeholders within the project management community in Malaysia.

He previously served as Director of Integrated Commerce Solutions at FPT Software. Dong has proven to be a skilled technology expert and a visionary leader. He has made significant contribution to enhancing the company's delivery quality and capabilities in Agile project implementation. In recognition of his outstanding achievements, he has received several corporate honours, including Excellent Employee in 2007, Best Manager in 2012, and FPT Corporation 3rd-class Achievement Medal.

Lê Thanh Hưng

He has extensive experience in various roles, from software engineer to product manager and programming instructor at major companies such as Cohost AI, DAC Data Science Vietnam, and FPT Software. With over 8 years of building and developing technology communities like Google Developers, Facebook Developers, and Product School in Vietnam, he has made significant contributions to connecting and supporting young tech enthusiasts.
In addition, Hung has participated in training projects on AI and Product Management for companies in Vietnam, such as Viettel, Citicom, Thaihabooks, and Timebooks. He has also been involved in various community projects, including AICOVIDVN (a project for COVID cough recognition using AI) and tiepsuc.vn (a volunteer connection project). Currently, he serves as the Community Organizer for Vietnam Data Scientists, Community Builder for VietUX-PM, and regularly participates as a mentor and organizer in hackathons such as the Facebook Developers Hackathon, Angelhack, and programs by the Ministry of Science & Technology. He is also the admin of the Bình dân học AI community.
